There are many websites which build contract from for free. You have
to create free account, then on dashboard you have to choose which
option will be provided in the contract form. Then after selection, they
shall provide you html code. You can embed this html code in two ways.
1 Create a post and paste the html, in edit html mode. And give label 'contact me' or create a menu if you are using menu.
2 Create a page by going to posting>edit pages and name the page 'contact' and paste the html in description.
Then, done
